Overview

A growing group of businesses operating across logistics, industrial services, and contracting is seeking a Group Finance Manager to lead and modernise its finance function across multiple entities and geographies.

This senior role is critical to ensuring effective financial planning, system optimisation, compliance, and the development of a high-performing finance team. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, operational excellence, and hands-on leadership to the group’s finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Leadership & Reporting

  • Oversee group-wide budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting
  • Drive alignment of financial strategy with business growth and regulatory frameworks
  • Lead annual budget planning, variance tracking, and cost analysis

Compliance & Controls

  • Ensure financial compliance across jurisdictions
  • Manage internal/external audits and strengthen internal controls
  • Maintain accurate financial records and regulatory filings

Banking & Treasury

  • Oversee treasury functions, fund transfers, and cash flow across business units
  • Manage banking relationships, loan negotiations, and currency exposure

Systems & Transformation

  • Lead digitisation and automation of finance workflows
  • Upgrade ERP and reporting systems to improve accuracy and efficiency
  • Foster a data-driven finance culture

Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and upskill the finance team
  • Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Support training initiatives for both finance and cross-functional teams

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with operations, HR, legal, and procurement teams
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, regulators, and external partners
  • Act as a financial advisor to senior leadership

Candidate Requirements:

  • Professional Qualification: ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent
  • Experience: 5+ years in a senior finance leadership role
  • Industry Background: Logistics, machinery, engineering, or industrial services preferred
  • Technical Skills: Strong ERP, Excel, financial modeling, and automation tools
  • Language: Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
  • Travel: Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia and other countries as required
