EC&I Supervisor – Energy from Waste
Central Scotland | Major Energy from Waste Project
We are recruiting an experienced EC&I Supervisor to join a major Energy from Waste project in Central Scotland, supporting the construction and commissioning phases of the facility.
Working on site, you will supervise and coordinate electrical, control and instrumentation installation activities, overseeing contractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, to specification and in line with the project programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise EC&I installation works and contractors on site
- Monitor progress, quality and compliance with drawings and specifications
- Oversee electrical, instrumentation, cabling and control system installations
- Review RAMS, permits, ITPs and associated QA/QC documentation
- Coordinate with construction, engineering and commissioning teams
- Support testing, instrument calibration, loop checking and system completion
- Assist with commissioning, energisation and final handover
- Maintain high standards of site health & safety
About You
We are looking for an experienced EC&I / E&I / Instrumentation Supervisor with a strong background in heavy industrial environments.
Experience within Energy from Waste, power generation, oil & gas, petrochemical, CHP or similar process industries would be particularly relevant.
You should have strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation installation, industrial control systems and commissioning, alongside experience supervising contractors on major construction or engineering projects.
Energy from Waste experience is advantageous but not essential.
