Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Executive to join our clients expanding sales team. This role is pivotal in driving new business growth within the live entertainment sector. If you are a proactive self-starter with a passion for live entertainment, a proven track record in SaaS or technology sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
As an Account Executive, you will:
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach and networking.
- Engage with prospects to understand their unique needs and present tailored solutions that showcase the value of our platform.
- Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and contract negotiations to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and industry partners to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within the live entertainment, ticketing, or visitor experience industry.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong consultative selling skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and G-Suite; familiarity with other sales tools is a plus.
- A self-motivated, detail-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Day-to-Day
Your typical day will involve:
- Collaborating with the business development team to identify and qualify leads.
- Conducting outreach to potential clients and scheduling product demonstrations.
- Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Participating in team meetings to share insights and strategies for market growth.
