Business Development Manager – Private Wealth & Offshore Structures

We are seeking a high-calibre professional to join our global client, focusing on client acquisition and relationship expansion across key markets including the BVI, Cayman, and the UK. This is a strategic, client-facing role where your market insight and robust network will be central to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director – Business Development, EMEA, you will be part of a collaborative Business Development team, dedicated to driving growth. Your core responsibilities will include:

Client Acquisition: Actively reaching out to and cultivating new clients and business leads, overseeing the full conversion process.

Solution Delivery: Understanding our products, jurisdictions, and competitors to effectively communicate our unique propositions and offering optimal solutions based on the client’s economic, political, and regulatory background.

Pipeline Management: Researching prospective clients and markets, creating and pursuing leads, and managing them through the pipeline to successful fruition.

Relationship Management: Maintaining strong communication with clients and intermediary relationships on a regular basis.

Compliance & Negotiation: Guiding clients through the necessary KYC documentation, ensuring a smooth on-boarding process, and negotiating letters of engagement and associated compliance requirements.

Market Insight: Following the latest industry developments, corporate legislation, and competitor offerings to identify new sales opportunities.
What You'll Bring for Success
The ideal candidate will be commercially focused, highly connected, and possess strong technical knowledge in the private wealth field.
Essential Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in law, accounting, or a related field).

Relevant working experience in Private Wealth offshore corporate structures.

Strong technical ability in the private client field, with familiarity in selling corporate structures (entities, Trust, Funds).

Good knowledge of UK, BVI, and Cayman Islands regulations, corporate transactions, and succession instruments.

Proven ability to manage the coordination of complex multi-jurisdictional proposals.

Previous client-facing and relationship managing experience is essential.

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Results-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing priorities and workload effectively.
Highly Desirable:
