  • Lead segmentation, automation and customer journey improvements across CRM tools.

  • Support best practice adoption to strengthen client follow-up and lead generation processes.

Paid Search Management

  • Lead paid search strategy, working with internal teams and external agencies.

  • Manage campaign structure, optimisation and reporting across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn.

  • Identify new opportunities to improve ROI and reach priority audiences.

Website, SEO & Content Performance

  • Support website development, ensuring SEO best practice is applied to improve visibility and UX.

  • Collaborate on content planning and optimisation to enhance engagement and conversion.

  • Use analytics to inform strategy and improve performance across digital touchpoints.

Social Media Management

  • Oversee social media presence and coordinate content planning, scheduling and reporting.

  • Deliver engaging and consistent activity that enhances brand reputation.

  • Provide internal training to support confident social media use across the organisation.

Content Development & Digital Advertising

  • Contribute to the creation and management of digital content including video, infographics and interactive assets.

  • Ensure content is targeted, on-brand and optimised for each platform.

Data, Analytics & Reporting

  • Produce regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.

  • Use analytics tools to drive improvements in visibility, engagement and lead quality.

  • Share insights with wider marketing and BD teams to support decision-making.

Collaboration & Supplier Management

  • Work with internal teams (e.g., IT and operations) to support delivery of digital tools and platforms.

  • Manage relationships with digital agencies and external suppliers.

  • Oversee online review-site activity to support reputation management.
