Toolpusher – Jack-Up Drilling Rig

Overview

An experienced Toolpusher is required to join a modern Jack-Up drilling rig, providing operational leadership and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of drilling activities. This is a rotational offshore position with an established international drilling contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all drilling operations onboard the rig.
• Ensure all activities are carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures and industry regulations.
• Manage and support drilling crews to achieve operational and safety objectives.
• Coordinate daily drilling operations with the Offshore Installation Manager and other department heads.
• Maintain compliance with well control, HSE and operational standards.
• Ensure accurate operational reporting and documentation.
• Promote a strong safety culture and continuous operational improvement.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Toolpusher on a Jack-Up drilling rig.
• Valid IWCF Level 4 Well Control Certificate.
• Valid OEUK Medical Certificate.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to work effectively within a multinational offshore environment.
